Co-Curricular Activities

Great moments of achievements, success stories of individuals donot glide into the lap of celebrities. One need a platform to express all creativity and enthusiasm. Team work organizational empowerment all merge to perfection when presentation celebrates her school day by distributing the prizes for the various interclass competitions like Flower Arrangement, Craft and Rangoli.

YOGA

2011 June –Aug

Due to the delay in Samaseer text books The Govt. asked the school authorities to introduce Extra-Curricular to keep the children occupied.Our School was the First to introduce yoga for students in the District. Yoga instructors from the centre was appointed to teach.

BAND TROOP

Our Band troop is our most important activity. Nearly 33 students take part in it. They are capable of handling various instruments. They have participated in various Band troop Competitions and won Awards and prizes at various level.

2007-2008

The Rotary Club conducted Band Competition in Kikani Higher Secondary School Coimbatore. Our School Band Troop won the 5th place.

2008-2009 – Aug 10th

The Rotary Club conducted Band Competition in Kikani Higher Secondary School Coimbatore. Our School Band Troop won the 2nd place.

PARLIAMENT

Studies is the focal point of a student but leadership qualities in a student should be kindled for effective public life nation building and the betterment of society. A democratic style election was conducted and the students exercised their franchise.   They are incharge of discipline, cleanliness and charity work.

MATHS CLUB

“Mathematics” is the Queen of all Sciences. Without Maths Knowledge one cannot services. Other than the syllabus knowledge, our students are encouraged to relish the subject through games, puzzles, models Quiz programmes, reading life history of great mathematicians like Ramanujam, Sakuntala., etc.
